Destinee Huffman is the AVP of Client Services at Novare National Settlement Service (“Novare”), where she leads client relationship management and operational initiatives supporting complex real estate transactions nationwide. With more than a decade of experience in real estate operations, escrow management, and property management, she is known for building high-performing teams, improving operational workflows, and delivering exceptional client service.

Prior to joining Novare, Destinee held leadership roles including VP of Closing Operations with Novare and Director of Closing Operations at Auction.com, where she oversaw national auction operations, led multi-state teams, and helped scale foreclosure and REO disposition programs across all 50 states. Throughout her career, she has managed large transaction portfolios, implemented data-driven process improvements, and collaborated with lenders, servicers, and legal partners to successfully close high-value residential and commercial transactions.
