Jennifer Page-Pena or “JPP” as she is affectionately known in the industry, is the Senior Vice President of National Services and Strategy at Novare National Settlement Service.
JPP is an innovative seasoned leader with over 30 years of progressive career in mortgage lending, residential and commercial real estate. She brings extensive senior leadership experience successfully initiating and implementing business strategies and initiatives that increase sales, deliver operational excellence, enable scalability, and maximize financial performance.
JPP has built and led high performing teams with a proven track record of effectively managing high volume and complex transactions to deliver consistent exceptional results
Prior to joining Novare, JPP was Head of Operations at Aureus Finance Group where she led the company’s nationwide private lending and servicing operations that scaled Aureus’ rapid growth and delivered superior client experience. Previously, JPP was Senior Vice President at Auction.com, the nation’s leading marketplace for residential real estate where she led the organization’s REO Operations: Contracts, Title, and Closing for over 10 years
