and business development, Lea M. Romo is a results-driven professional known for her

Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Novare National Settlement
Service in Newport Beach, CA, Lea supports senior leadership by managing complex
calendars, coordinating high-level meetings and events, and assisting operations across
six offices. She leads special projects and serves as a liaison across departments
including HR, Marketing, and IT.
Previously, Lea held leadership roles at the Child Abuse Prevention Center in Anaheim,
CA, where she served as both Director of Development and Executive Assistant to the

relations. She also founded her own consultancy, helping small businesses streamline
