is a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer at Novare National Settlement Service, LLC. Prior to joining Novare in 2012, he worked for seven years on the national commercial services teams at First American Title Insurance Company in Washington, DC, and San Antonio, TX. His experience includes extensive work on multi-family, hotels, retail, gas stations, storage facilities, industrial projects and multi-site transactions. Before transitioning to the commercial realm, Alan worked as a residential Escrow Officer and eventual Branch Manager for a builder office at First American in Houston that was one of the most profitable operations in the region. He began his title and escrow career in 2001 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Finance. Since then he has worked in virtually all facets of the industry, gaining valuable expertise along the way. Alan’s responsiveness, work ethic, efficiency and attention to detail have made him one of the most respected commercial escrow officers in the industry. Outside of the office, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, listening to live music and cheering on the Houston Astros and Texas Longhorns.
