Patty Calvillo has devoted her career as an escrow settlement agent. She joined Ultra Escrow in 2008 as an escrow assistant. Her most recent position was with Ticor Title in Newport Beach, CA where she served as an escrow officer (2012 – 2017).
Patty’s specialties include Resale, refinances, REO Sales, Auction Sales and Reverse Mortgage. Her portfolio has included projects in California, Arizona, and Nevada as well as National.
